Do Good Plumbing

Terms & Conditions

Effective date: August 29, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of dogoodplumbing.com and its service-request features. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Website Purpose

The website provides general information about Do Good Plumbing and a way to request contact regarding residential or commercial plumbing services in Greater Nashville and Middle Tennessee. Website content is informational and is not a substitute for an on-site evaluation, professional diagnosis, written estimate, or emergency instruction.

2. Service Requests Are Not Confirmed Appointments

Submitting a form, calling, texting, or emailing does not create a service contract, guarantee availability, confirm an appointment, or establish a final price. A job is accepted only after Do Good Plumbing separately confirms the scope, timing, availability, and applicable pricing or other service terms.

If you believe there is an immediate threat to life, health, property, gas service, electricity, or public safety, contact the appropriate emergency service or utility provider. Website submissions may not be monitored continuously.

3. Estimates, Work Orders, and Payments

Estimates, invoices, warranties, payment terms, scheduling policies, and project-specific conditions may be provided separately. If those documents conflict with these website Terms regarding plumbing work, the signed or accepted project-specific document controls. The website does not currently process customer payments.

We may use AI-assisted tools internally to help develop preliminary material quantities, labor assumptions, service fees, markups, and price ranges. Those outputs are not final offers and remain subject to human review, site conditions, supplier pricing, permits, availability, taxes, and the confirmed scope of work.

4. Your Responsibilities

When requesting service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current contact and property information.
  • Describe known problems, hazards, and relevant site conditions honestly.
  • Have authority to request work at the property or identify the authorized decision-maker.
  • Provide safe and lawful access to areas reasonably necessary to evaluate or perform approved work.
  • Comply with agreed estimates, invoices, access requirements, and project-specific terms.

5. Communications

If you provide a phone number or email address, you authorize Do Good Plumbing to contact you as reasonably necessary to respond to and coordinate your request. Standard carrier messaging and data rates may apply. This provision does not authorize unrelated automated marketing.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not:

  • Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading purposes.
  • Submit false requests, impersonate another person, or interfere with legitimate customer inquiries.
  • Attempt to access nonpublic systems, bypass security, introduce malicious code, scrape the website excessively, or disrupt its operation.
  • Copy or use website content, branding, or images in a way that infringes intellectual-property rights.

7. Intellectual Property

The website’s design, text, graphics, branding, logo, and original content are owned by or licensed to Do Good Plumbing and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the website for personal, noncommercial purposes related to evaluating or requesting our services.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

The website relies on third-party services for hosting, forms, analytics, and communications and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, terms, or privacy practices.

9. Website Availability and Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that all website information will always be complete or current. Plumbing recommendations and service obligations are governed by the actual property conditions and any project-specific agreement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Do Good Plumbing will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from your use of, or inability to use, the website. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits rights provided by applicable consumer law.

11. Privacy

12. Governing Law

These website Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute concerning these website Terms will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction in Tennessee, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the website or our practices change. The revised Terms will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
